Mechanical Palletizer

General description
Palletizer is a machine which can arrange the cartons which has been loaded containers in a certain code on the tray. The stacking is automatic and launched many layers. Stacking complete, the layers will be push out. It is easy for the forklift to convey the layers to storage facility. This machine uses PLC+touch screen controls, intelligent operation management, simple, easy to master, can also greatly reduce the number of workers and labor intensity.

Main features

1. Adopt touch-screen operation to achieve human-computer dialogue. The rate of products can be showed. The cause and location of the failure can also be showed.  High level of automation is adopted. Sorting stacking layers of cartons, pallet supply and discharge can be controlled by the programmable PLC.Using Siemens PLC and Touch-screen (10 inches)Security doors, hood with electrical sensors, when the hood opens, the machine will stop working to protect the workers.

Workflow
Firstly, place 10 empty pallets in the pallet dispenser by a forklift, and the pallet dispenser will transport one pallet on proper stacking position (there are three positions available); Products are transported from the packaging machine to the accelerating belt line which may enlarge the distance between two products through speed difference; the steering mechanism will change the direction of products according to their arrangement mode, and the arrangement mechanism will arrange the products in a certain order; the pushing mechanism will place the well-arranged products onto the pallets through a lifting platform. Repeat the actions until all products are stacked well. Whenever a stack of products is finished, the full pallet conveyor line will transport the products to the workstation of the forklift.
