Rinsing Can.

Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine. Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinser, they will be cleaned by 80ºC hot water (provided by customer) to reach aseptic state of can.

General description
This machine is absorbed the abroad equipment technology and newly-designed, using circular water in different warming section to warm the fulfilled bottle step by step. During warming, according to customer's requirement to adjust speed by inverter, which is suitable for warming of all kinds of cold material.

1. The whole body is made from stainless steel (horse, bearing, engine excluded), observing window can be set to around the base, the top structure can be opened for easy maintaining.
2. The recycling filtering device and alarming system is equipped to the water gathering slot in the tunnel.
3. Fringe board is heat-endurable net fringe flat and abrasion-endurable.

1.Water treatment
Water treatment is equipped for pure water, mineral water, and water used in beverage drink. It contains RO, natrium filter, ultra
filter, activated carbon filter, ion exchanger, ozone processor etc.

2.Can Rinsing Tunnel


It is used to clean empty can in canning production line. Empty cans will be sent to turning device first, which will be turned around then transferred into rinsing machine. Empty can will be running from top to bottom along the turning device. When empty cans enter into rinser, they will be cleaned by 80ºC hot water (provided by customer) to reach aseptic state of can. There is certain inclination angle in both sides of rinser, whose size could be adjusted properly when needed. Empty cans will be rolling in parallel way from top to end; the waste water will be discharged from outfall.

3.Can Filling Machine


It is equipped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology. It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably, frequency conversion timing, less material loss. It can be equipped long-distance control system. It is the preferred equipment for the medium beer and beverage plant.
