Decapper Decapper consists of decapping head, support structure, and control unit. When bottle arrives its position, decapping head goes down to discharge the cap form bottle mouth. Adopting PLC and pneumatic cylinder, it can work either together with whole production line or individually. Decapper head does not hurt cap and bottle mouth at all. So, cap can be re-used. Capacity is adjustable. It is compatible with a wide range of bottle height and cap diameter. |

External Brusher It can work either independently or along with other machines. Driven by the electricity motor and cylinder, bottle moves step by step from one washing position to another. With the brush that is made very fit to bottle's shape, the body, neck and bottom of the bottle can be thoroughly cleaned. Alkali liquid, disinfectant liquid and purified water are used to thoroughly clean the outer of cylinder. The whole machine is entirely closed and no leakage. Cleaning mixture and washing water can be taken from released liquid of inner washing machine to reduce the operational cost, according to customer's requirement. |

Inner washer The technique of medium and high temperature hot alkaline liquid washing is used to protect the fast cooling and heating of bottle, which will affect the lifetime of bottle. Cleaning mixture can be heated by the steam or electricity. Alkali tank is made of high-performance heat insulator, and with the equipments used for detection of liquid location, detection of thermal control and the warning control. The equipment for fast recycling of high temperature cleaning mixture will obviously reduce the dissipation of heat and then reduce the operational cost. |

Filler All parts contacting with drinkable water is made of AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel. Filling head adopts bottle mouth centering device and circumfluence unit that features anti-spray. Optional FFU, together with laminar flow cover, ensures that filling area is under plus pressure environment and decontamination degree meets hundred-class. PLC control with alarm inspection points at various places. |

Capper Cap is unscrambled in order, then it is sent into cap chute. When bottle goes through the cap chute outlet, it catches the suspending cap. Simple structure with excellent continuous working performance. With automatic pressure-adjustment function, capper is compatible to wider tolerance of bottle height. |
