The machine is mainly used for washing/filling/capping PET bottle carbonated soft drink.
It is widely used in filling gas-containing beverages, such as beer, soda, sparkling wine, etc. Because the pressure in the bottle before
and after filling is equal to that in the silo and is greater than atmospheric pressure, it is called isobaric filling. 
 

 

Features

1.It is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine. 

2. Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired. 

3. The machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing. 

4. It uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor. And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

Rinsing part
Rotary rinser: applicable for wine, beverage and water cleaning.
The new bottle is transported through the separation screw and star wheel by the clamp and turn over device; bottle neck is held upwards, after aseptic water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to another process.
The rinsing contact part and out cover adopt the stainless-steel material

Filling part
Adopt the German technology, utilize the isobaric filling principle design, achieve to fill the cleaned bottle
Adopt isobaric mechnical valve ,fast filling with high precision filling level.

Capping Part
Sorted cap is capped on the filled bottle ,and then transported to the next step.
Capper rotates through the speed reducer machine .The cap leaves the hopper under the centrifugal function .The exit is equipped with the cap reverce dvice ,when the reverce cap comes ,it is changed to the right direction ;the cap quantity is controlled by the photoelectric switch ,ensures the caping falling effect.
