Full Automatic Carton Packing Machine
The machine can arrange the products according to the requirement of the package. It has the advantage of wide application, especially can combined with the packing assembly line, easy move, computerized, easy operation and stability. It is suitable for packing bottle, carton, bags, etc.
Comparing the traditional case packing machine, the machine has the following advantages:
1). Adopts bottle-side-inlet manner: small area occupied, simplifying conveyor system before packaging, and reducing the investment cost of the total line equipments.
2). Adopts tertiary decompression: fully decompression of the product makes accurately position for the grasping of bottle head with product, and 100% success rate of grasping bottles; the products will in a stress-free steady conveying state after entering the packing process, that basically precludes invert bottles.
3). Adopts Germany IGUS line positioning system: high precision positioning, accurate running, and efficiently reducing shocks and vibrations when running, and greatly enhance the stability and reliability of equipment running; free lubrication, free maintenance, good sanitary condition and long service life.
Structure characteristic:
1). Main drive adopts frequency control and PLC technology, to achieve stepless speed adjusting, main control adopts Germany SIEMENS PLC, with fast communication ability and strong diagnostic function, to make sure of reliability of the system. Convenient operation, compact and reasonable structure, high automation.
2). Reliable working: the machine fulfills its catch & release of the products through special pneumatic elements. Put the products into the carton accurately and reliably from the bottle conveyor platform through mechanism running, pneumatic and electric control.
3). Steady running: the entire packing process action makes the lifting, shifting, landing through inverter motor independently drive different mechanism structure, and achieves automation operation with the combination of pneumatic and electric, action coordination and steady and accurate running.
4). Carton conveyor channel adopts stressless control design.
5). Conform to food sanitation requirements: adopts oil-free lubrication of pneumatic components, adopts no need oiling lubrication in the lifetime humanized design among most moving parts, that reduce a lot of use-cost for the users. A small part of moving parts which require users to use lubrication adopts centralized lubrication plan, convenient refueling, easy routine maintenance with low noise and no oil pollution.
6). There are multimedia carton-inlet operations like manual operation, automatic operation and rapid succession.
7). The gripper operation has manual operation and automatic operation. With safety operation, small occupied area and big operation space.
8). Equipped with multiple protection features, timely stop when failure of the equipment. Such as: automatically shut down to wait while the non-full cases on the box-inlet conveyor belt; automatically shut down to wait while the non-full bottles on the bottle-inlet table; automatically shut down while the dislocation of the gripper and carton; automatically shut down while the operators enter into the safety Shielding Wire etc.
9). Bottle conveying system adopts imported high-quality monolithic network chain with the transition board to ensure smooth transition of conveyor belt from the buyer. The system of the machine adjusts the boxing speed automatically according to the bottle-inlet speed on the conveyor belt.
